Ticket Policies
Welcome to the Ticket Office of Loyola University Chicago (“Loyola”), a service of vivenu GmbH. Your use of the services provided by this Ticket Office is subject to ticket and facility policies as outlined on the Game Day Info page at www.loyolaramblers.com
Loyola will not be responsible for injuries suffered by the holder or damage to property arising out of or resulting from the performance or presentation of the event for which the ticket(s) is issued.
Refunds and exchanges will only be made available if an event is not played on its originally scheduled date and/or time or if changes to attendance policy are implemented prior to the event. Please contact the Ticket Office at 773-508-9653 or ramblertickets@luc.edu with any questions.
